My work
Simple Earn Fixed
Users can lend out their idle funds for a fixed 30-day term at their preferred rate, and earn interest from it.
After reshaping its business value proposition, I was heavily involved in finding design solutions so to communicate a complex business logic to users.
ETH Staking
Users can earn rewards by locking up their ETH to secure the Ethereum network, and get BETH tokens in return. Issued at a 1:1 ratio, users can use BETH margin trading and loan products on OKX.
In this revamp, I reformed the content structure and hierarchy in the product introduction and FAQ section, to resolve the pain points found via user research and customer service feedback, and to provide user education on the product.
Content Design System
A unified, comprehensive framework that combines the principles of design and language. It standardizes language use in UI to ensure consistency in each product line, enabling teams to produce cohesive, user-centered content that enhances the overall user experience and maintains brand integrity.
